AIJ Communications acts as an external director of marketing, overseeing all of the business development, provides public relations, media relations, marketing, copywriting, social media strategy and overall communications capabilities. With more than 20 years of experience working for some of the world’s largest law firms as well as boutique trial firms, we offer expert advice and counsel on marketing objectives, lead generation, case intake media strategy, and business development budget allocation for law firms.
We craft a unique communications plan for every client, examining how best to promote the individuals, organization and efforts. For law firms, that means understanding the firm’s history, practice areas and current cases. We never apply a “cookie cutter” approach to any law firm or individual we work with.
Founder Joe Marchelewski is a past-President of the LA Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America, has spoken at colleges and business association meetings on best practices and is regularly sought after for his expertise.

While we work with every industry, our particular expertise is in the legal field having worked with prominent law firms throughout the country. We are not attorneys, but our understanding of how to promote legal issues to reporters and the general public is second to none. This includes understanding the complex nature of litigation, ranging from sophisticated insurance issues to headline-grabbing bankruptcy disputes. We’ve promoted attorneys fighting for women’s rights in the #metoo era and large corporate firms handling large-scale corporate mergers.
